Working for Maverick Express for years as an owner operator I was told years ago to give what is now Pomps a try for tires. So I did! Been going to them for all my tires and service ever since. Fast service and great prices on tires. Plus conveniently right off the highway.nnFrank Betts.

Convenient as I work nearby. Called once, lady answered and was fairly rude. Went elsewhere. Another time needed a trailer tire replaced thought I’d give another try. Spoke to an older gentlemen in and out within 15min so I gave the person who did it some extra for lunch. Great experience. Well another trailer tire a few days later called and a lady answered the phone same disrespectful attitude. I drove away and thought you know what, she needs to hear how her customers feel when she speaks to them. So I called 10mins later and respectfully told her how I felt, and said I will pick up my tire I dropped off yesterday because I will never use your business again. You are the voice of that company just remember that. I’m sure business has been lost based on those interactions and I feel sorry because the other people were respectful, hopefully they do not have to deal with that on a daily basis. Two stars because of the of the one good visit otherwise I’d just give them a negative if I could.

Had to wait awhile until they had room for me to back trailer into service area but was quick to get tire off, fixed and back on.

They got me in pretty quickly, but not terribly impressed with the level of inspection done on the trailer tires.
