I needed a shirt in a hurry for a very important purpose. My son was going in for surgery and I needed a shirt made in a hurry. From the moment I called , Megan was amazing to the end of the process, the shipping was on time. I got my shirt on Friday like I was told. It only took 3 days that including designing the shirt . my son’s surgery is Monday. I could not recommend underground printing more. Thank you so much for following through. I appreciate you and you will have my business again!

Underground Printing made ordering shirts easy from beginning to end. It was simple to try out different style shirts and designs using their online platform. My order arrived a day early and in great shape. The fabric on both shirts was soft with nice bright coloring, and bright print.nnI ordered 2 style shirts, with the same design. Was contacted almost immediately by my rep to let me know they could refund a portion of my cost due to the same design being on both shirts. Was super awesome to get an unexpected, and unsolicited refund!nnIf you're putting in a multiple product order, I recommend a call to their customer service to handle over the phone to avoid this issue up front - their online ordering system only allows you to purchase 1 product at a time.

I had a great experience with UPG. We were ordering shirts for Christmas and, with the pandemic slow mail, there was a hold up in delivery. No problem, UPG rushed a new order through, (no extra charge) which arrived on time. The original shirts arrived after the holiday. Meghan was professional, helpful and made the whole event feel like we were dealing with an old friend.
