Please note... I only gave 4 stars. That was for the person who took our order. He was vet professional & pleasant. However, there was more lettuce that meat on my sub and my husband's cuban was not made properly...cubans are supposed to be pressed. His was not.nPlease strive for better quality when making the subs and more meat less veggies unless ordered that way.

The other day i visited this establishment with a strong craving for a delicious sub. I had not eaten in 5 consecutive days and wanted the first thing i ate to be extraordinary, but the line at subway was too long. I had high hopes for Jimmy Johns because they’re said to be freaky fast, but low and behold the only freaky thing here is the incredibly low quality subs. First of all there was a meat shortage and I couldn’t even have the sub I wanted. But then when I got the ONLY sub left that I could possibly get, the sauce was disgusting. Possibly expired. I was sick for months after. My left lung has still not entirely recovered as it collapsed today. I’m very upset.

I had placed an order online for pickup on my way through town from Marquette, MI. I had the baby with me and was on a huge time crunch. Blanking on if they were in the same or different time zone I called to confirm. Staff and manager were friendly and super helpful to work with. When I arrived they had my sandwich ready to go and when there was a huge line in the drive thru a team member was so kindly to run my sand which to the door for me (bc of covid of course) so I could get back on the road in time. ordered a slim tuna....was made one with everything...including cucumbers, which I cannot stand to even smell on a sandwich...going in the trash.

I live about 2 miles away from my local Jimmy John's and they wont deliver to me today. I say TODAY because they have in the past several times. When I called my order in, I talked to the GM and he was not willing to work with me even though less than a week ago I had food delivered from there. How disappointing! I guess TODAY I'll take my business somewhere else. Rude customer service, but awesome subs though!
