For raising costs of trail permits then instead of using that to fix the bridge issue with local groomers in cheboygan for trail#9. Even after the groomers tried to compromise because they will lose everything if this isnt resolved. If they dont groom they dont get donations for grooming etc...nnJust let them groom and completely avoid our bridge.. I see no issue with them grooming everything but that bridge which is causing all of this issue. Trail #9 needs to stay open this winter a lot of people are depending on it. Not just groomers and riders.. But local business owners....
