They refused to run my wife’s secondary insurance and was extremely rude. Nothing like finding out a pre-existing condition medication was not covered by the one insurance after four years, but you would think that they would have the courteousness to check our other insurance but the lady refused rudely. We used Martin’s pharmacy for years and they would even help in finding coupons, but sadly we moved back home to Niles. At least the old Osco’s supported local sports and community events but Niles let all these chains in to town.
Slow. Never worth your time. Just get them delivered. You will spend half an hour MINIMUM waiting for meds on a good day. I've had to sit at this god-foresaken place for almost an hour more times than I'd like to admit before realizing that any med delivery service makes more sense than this place.
I'm very frustrated with rite aid pharmacy in Niles there pharmacist don't understand what you tell them some of there techs will tell you wrong information and when get you home they chargedyou for something you didn't need then they say it's not are fault it's very frustrating. I'm done
The male pharmacist was very RUDE! He was such a negative person and had very negative energy. He should NOT even be handing out prescriptions!!
Amazing staff! Super friendly and always willing to help. Wide variety of things to shop for, especially considering that it is a drug store. There are clothes, pet food, snack foods, drinks, and even makeup. If you ever need help looking for something don’t be afraid to ask.
