Lindsay was an integral part of achieving my breastfeeding goals. With her guidance and shared resources I was able to stop using a nipple shield, find a comfortable latch and learn various nursing positions.nAs well as breastfeeding support I turned to Lindsay for pelvic floor care. Her postnatal private lessons not only allowed me to strengthen my body but also my mind and spirit during such a transitional time in my motherhood journey. I enjoyed how she approached each lesson holistically. Lindsay would seamlessly weave in anatomy, yoga, imagery and literature in our sessions. Her breath sequences were so powerful in conditioning my pelvic floor after birth, I still like to revisit them now in my personal dance training. I've found them to be useful in continuing to strengthen my pelvic floor, abdominals and overall balance. My body is stronger and smarter now due to her help during my early postnatal time.nLindsay's care is endless and truly made me feel supported and listened to. She honors what it is you want and gives you the tools to accomplish it. Thank you Lindsay for holding me up and reminding me of my power! I cannot say enough about this human! She is knowledgeable, selfless and loving. Beyond 5 stars!

Lindsay is so kind and helpful. It feels like she was put on this earth to gently guide others as they navigate their way through all things birth-related and beyond. I have taken a couple of yoga classes of hers related to prenatal and postpartum. I always learn more than I ever even bargain for, and I gain a bunch of friends as I practice yoga in a safe space. Lindsay is a wealth of knowledge - so thorough. She offers packets, handouts and emails with many resources, diagrams, and information. It's clear she puts in a lot of time into her work. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, all ages and stages and identities, pregnant or not!

I'm a bearded viking that lives the life of a savage. I'm not what you would call your typical yoga student. It was through a chance encounter at Metta Studios located in Bidderford Maine that my views changed.nnTaking a class with Lindsay gave me the chance to calm my mind, and focus. Having Lindsay guide you on a path of peace is what the soul and mind needs. Thor himself would find peace during a session.nnPlan and simple if you want to start your yoga journey Lindsay will steer you in the right direction.

Lindsay is amazing, and really takes the time to personalize her approach to each individual. She is the first yoga instructor to notice and gently correct my double jointed tendency to over extend my joints, which really helped me with my yoga practice and awareness of my own body. I first met her through taking her pre-natal class and whenever I had anything bothering me, she always took the time to not only make me comfortable in class, but gave me exercises I could do at home to help. I can't recommend her enough

Lindsay is knowledgeable, passionate, kind, and a powerful presence to be around. Her creativity with finding variations to make yoga accessible to all is unmatched. I feel supported, nurtured, and challenged in class with her. Her classes are not to be missed!!
