Best experience I've had buying a vehicle! Derek was very responsive to my emails, as well as having the vehicle ready for a test drive as soon as I pulled up. Traded in a truck, which was looked over while I test drove. When I returned from the test drive I was told the trade in value, and 20 min later it was a done deal. Derek and the rest of the staff I dealt with made me feel at ease and no pressure at all. Felt like buying from a friend. Highly recommend Ira Jack for fair pricing out the gate so you don't have to haggle, friendly service from start to finish, and felt like they really wanted to provide the best service possible. Coming from sales myself I know what comes first which is costumer service, I experienced that 10 fold!

Super easy. The staff worked together to make the purchase of our new vehicle as quick and seamless as possible. Knowing we were coming in, they did as much of the preliminary stuff as possible to make it as quick as possible. When Duncan was delayed by another customer, he arranged Anthony to take care of us so we wouldn't have to wait. Both Anthony and Tim stayed late just to finish things up and help us drive off with the new vehicle. I would happily recommend Ira Jack to my friends and family.

We had damage to our car due to someone hitting us. The process of scheduling an appointment was explained to us by Abagail.nThe pictures were taken the appointment made. The day before the car was due to be brought in we got a reminder call. The car was in the shop for a week. The rental car was arranged by Abagail and it went smoothly.nThe experience was very easy and made enjoyable by Abby. IRA Chevrolet is a Very good car dealership. We recommend it to our friends.nTop rate service.
