Second time at Bill Dodge Nissan in Saco. This latest was as stress free and pleasant as the last. Benjamin was polite,,attentive, and professional. My 2019 Titan PR called for oil change and tire rotation. Benjamin noticed I also needed an inspection sticker and performed that as well (free). Great service, people, and pricing.
Over the past 3 years i have found the service department at your dealership to be very pleasant to talk to, very professional, very knowledgeable and have been satisfied every time i visited.
Worked with James, he did a great a job in helping us pick out a new 2020 sportage, he wasn’t pushy and made great suggestions. We will definitely buy our next vehicle from bill dodge after this experience. The finance guy, I forget his name, but the one that did all the loan paperwork within a did excellent helping us choose an upgrade to the warranty and explaining the pros and cons. 12/10 all the way around.
