I give it one star because of the staff who are very nice. I tried a year and a half ago to obtain a loan for a car I wanted and being a member there I applied. My credit is not the best but I was working on it at the time. They denied me the loan but a credit union in Wyoming who never heard of me gave me the loan at a high interest rate. I have paid this auto loan faithfully over the last year and a half and improved my credit score. I go into the institution after looking at my credit score on a paid Experian acct and applied to refinance the loan. They tell me they use the same credit company and the score was almost 100 points less than what I looked at not even an hour prior. The end result was of course as I have always heard from them... NO! I once did a 500 dollar credit builder loan only to pay it off and get denied to borrow a 1000 dollars... WOW!! Well they expect us to trust them with our money but the reciprocity isn't mutual. I am leaving them soon and will join another credit union because why deal with an institution that does not want to help you. If you are a working class family trying to better your financial life do not put your money in this credit union. You will be very upset.

I went in today for an auto loan, my loan officer was Steve Ham. He was absolutely awesome! He made the loan process very easy for me, he explained everything and made me at ease with applying for my loan! I would recommend Steve to anyone applying for a loan, he will make it quick and easy for you!! Thank you Steve for getting me in my new truck!!

I know a lot of times people write a review when they have a bad experience. I had looked at the reviews on Northeast credit union before coming in which made me a little hesitant. I was immediately greeted and set up with Rex who is one of the lone/account officials. Rex was very personable, professional and accommodating to all my account needs today.nI would recommend doing business with Northeast.

Very friendly staff. But not a very good banking institution. Multiple times within my first year I found money missing from my account never to be found again. The ATM outside this location never works. Not a very good way to manage the working man's money. Stay away from this Bank!

I have a car loan through this bank. Last month, I was unable to pay my loan due to unforeseen circumstances. In 3 years, this was the first loan payment that I missed! I received a phone call last week from a man, and when I explained that I was waiting to get paid before I could make the payment, I was met with a passive aggressive tone from the bank representative. This morning I received another phone call. I spoke to a girl on the phone that was so cavalier and diminutive of me, it actually brought me to tears. She continued to lecture me on money and being an adult. I was absolutely floored. This person knows nothing about my life, and was actually laughing at me while we were speaking. I don't know what kind of customer service training the employees are offered, but I hope that it is not the standard and the norm of this bank to have its representatives belittle customers.
