Saw they had a remodel, so we thought maybe it was better. We don't go there often. Even with double lanes, which I don't completely understand, our food was cold ❄, the burgers were salty ud83cudf54, and the chicken nuggets were over cooked cold and hard. Double lanes I guess just means worse food.
This location is usually ok. Today I ordered spicy nuggets and a coffee. Had to wait for the coffee, which wasn't an issue. Got home and found out that I got regular nuggets and there were white flakes floating in my black coffee. No one answered the phone when I tried to call to notify staff.
Arrived at approximately 12:15pm today. It’s lunch time and I expect a wait for my 3 Number 2s and a Happy meal. I got to the window and they sent me to parking space number 2. This is where it all went to to heck. The woman delivering the food gave my order to the vehicle next to me. Not a huge deal, it happens, no apology though. No heads up. No notice of the screw up. I had to go inside to find out why I was still waiting. I just don’t understand why this particular location has so many issues. I’m sorry goes a long way.
I waited in line for more than 10 minutes and when I received my grandson's French fries they were so cold and disgusting and he wouldn't even eat them
I've never personally had any real good experiences with McDonald's. I understand that generally kids and young adults work there but the service is always terrible which means they're under poor leadership.
