Small hidden nature preserve at the end of a road about a mile off of US 1. Easy to find parking spaces (4-5) at beginning of trail along with nice information boards showing trails and information about flora and fauna. Trail is soft and easy to walk and follow. Good mixture of bogs and rock. Take your time and help your child build a fairy house- they’ll remember it as will you!
We enjoyed our hike. Dry at end of summer, but lovely. Saw a mink, some warblers, etc.
It was such a lovely hike. We saw scads of pink lady slippers. We even saw one white lady slipper.
Beautiful trails to walk down there's awesome salt marshes alot of the time i walk down here all kinds of deer I advise if someone's looking for just a break from stress and life just come down here take a deep breath and relax just plain beautiful trails!!!
