I was doing valve adjustments on my Suzuki DR650 and over-toqued the adjustment nut which in turn snapped the adjustment screw. I was desperate to find someone who’d stock that part (so there is no additional waiting for shipping).nMatt went into the trouble of going back and checking the part availability personally. He took my order on a Saturday, and will be shipping it to me on Monday. Awesome customer service!
I'm sure they do good work but my interaction wasn't great dont ask them to work on a older bike guess they're to good for the older bikes not like I was looking for a rebuild just 2 tires and brakes .. with that I would not give them any business ever for anything
My friend and I were on a trip through the Maritimes when his motorcycle broke down late Saturday afternoon. The team at the shop stayed after hours to work on his bike and on their day off the next day to get us back up and running to Montreal. They went above and beyond, thank you for your service.
