I’m sitting outside the gates of the office now. My passcode doesn’t work. Again. Is my account paid? Yes. Has it been past due? No. Have I received any kind of notification that there was a problem with my payment and my account was overdue? No. Do I have all my receipts for payment? Oh, yes!nLast time this happened, they told me it was a computer glitch. Apparently the computer glitch added a lock to my unit as well. This time, who knows what the problem will be. Saturday afternoon before 5. Office is closed. No one answering the phone.nMay need to move my stuff. Not happy.
