Pharmacy staff is, overall, very pleasant, helpful, patient and informative. I had some health insurance issues and they were all keen to inform and help me, which was a tremendous relief. I'm very glad for this team of awesome humans.
This business gets the stars because most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Otherwise, I detest the annoying phone reminders to renew prescriptions that you don't need anymore--and how difficult CVS makes it to stop them, and the ridiculous receipts. Plus the prices aren't great, either.
Fraudulent company. Allows people to use other peoples insurance with out verifying. Our insurance has been compromised for a lot of money and this company does not care and just keeps on letting it happen. We don't even live or have ever lived in this state. Costing me a lot of time and effort to prove that their charges are not us.
I want to recognize Amy and Erica at Freeport's CVS for going above and beyond this consumer's expectations!nA week ago my husband needed certain eye drops needed after a surgical procedure and CVS could not get them in for some reason or they were back-ordered.nAmy and Erica went out of their way and found a bottle at another local pharmacy.nNot only did Erica call me to let me know they didn't have the drops yet but she found another pharmacy and had the drops ready for pick-up when we arrived there.nWe appreciate this Pharmacy Team soooooo much. :-)
They are very helpful in the upfront area. Amy in the pharmacy is a very helpful person and takes the rime to help you with any questions you have about any medical condition.
