I left my RV a week ago. Called and they had not started work, told me some young people had quit. I made the appointment 6 weeks ago. I went to check on the RV and the generator was running. They did not plug it in or shut off the battery disconnects as agreed when I left the unit. The generator had run for 6 days. 150 hours.nDo not go there for service. Bad service and no communication.

We shopped everywhere looking for the right trailer and place to give our business too. We are so happy we stopped at Mountain Rd RV! Great people and an even better experience! We would recommend them to everyone and do every chance we get! Before you buy you should check them out! You won’t regret it.

I bought an Dutch Star by Newmar from Mountain Rd RV in 1999.nI was having a Wiring problem 20 years later so I called and asked for John Green and was told he sold the business but we can help you.nI explained the problem to the woman who answered the phone and she said I will get a service man. He did not even know who I was but he spent some time explaining how to fix it. Then said call again if you have any problems. I certainly will go there for my next repair.
