Wendy's

My favorite salad in the world is Wendy's apple pecan with grilled chicken, but I just can't seem to get one done as it is described on their menu. I've been to three of them on the SW side of FW over the last few months I have most frequently been shorted the pecans or the dressing, but I recently got just a spoon to eat a salad? Bacon on one!!! No masks at one of them ud83dude22 so I try to keep extras on hand and keep going back for the salad I love ud83dudc95

Saw, at least, 3 people working. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes behind two other vehicles. Pulled up to the menu and waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. No customers were inside. I cannot imagine why they made a handful customers wait so long. One person in front of me and several behind me left before making their orders, so they lost customers. It’s convenient to order there because of the location, but I won’t again.

Only reason I'm not giving 4 stars is because it is hit and miss here. 95% of the time, I get great service, fast service, and hot food, the other times it seems like they don't have a good ordering schedule. I had a time happen when I tried to order 4 completely different things and they were out of each and every single one... Other than that, one of the better Wendy's I've been to. :)

Was asked to pull forward to wait for fresh food. Was told 6 min., but waited over 10. Fries were not fresh, but everything else in bag was fine... worker told me that they were way under staffed and walked away.

Love this location! Some of the absolute sweetest people work here. Our special needs son loves Wendy’s fries, so we go through the drive-thru quite a bit.
