Awful experience with Tom Norton. He double charged me once to make a call to me to tell me he was mailing a letter and once to mail the letter. Seriously. When I called inquiring about it his receptionist/biller was extremely rude on the phone. Will never use him or recommend him to anyone. This is what gives lawyers a bad name.

This was my deceased mom and step-dad's estate attorney firm.nI'm upset at the extreme degree of ineffectiveness, ineptitude, gaslighting, and misogyny displayed by this office.nI just got off the phone with Mr. Johnson, who first sends me an apology letter, then when I call him, acts as though this is all new information. He spoke to me as if I were a child when I requested paperwork be drawn up AGAIN, and acted as though this was our first interaction, though we have spoken multiple times, and I've left copious messages, etc. in the past month since my mom's death. Erroneously, Mr. Johnson also tried to blame the lack of communication from his office on my legally blind uncle Gary, even though Mr. Johnson, Cheryl Bolin, and Brian Carroll all have his contact information.nI have multiple emails as evidence.
