Went to ask a question about a new car we just bought from them and they were very helpfl.
In the past had to take my car in for a recall patch. They got me right in and taken care of.nnToday I took the wife's car in for a diagnostic and possible repairs. They got me taken care of in a timely fashion and let me know exactly what needed to be done. They let me know my repair options and let me decide how to proceed.nnStaff is friendly and courteous.
Had my truck there for warranty work it set there for two weeks not touched wouldn't recommend this place for anybody!!!!!
This place is a joke!! I took my car there for service twice and they didn't fix it either time. Then I took it to another certified dealership and they fixed the problem in one trip that Sullivan couldn't fix in two trips with no solution. In fact they basically refused to fix it. I could go on but I won't and I'll just say this place is horrible with customers service!
