Civista Bank

The website says they're focused on you but they're not don't let them fool you. I have nothing but aggravation from this Bank ever since they bought out United Community Bank. Every single thing you do you have to jump through six or eight hoops to make it happen. I recommend you find a bank that's more customer service-oriented.

Nice clean Bank ladies there always more than helpful and friendly however a couple loan officers or a little slow maybe it's cuz they're new but all in all pretty decent Bank I prefer the bank in Osgood but with any UCB anywhere you cannot beat it keep up the good work!
