True You Yoga is a wonderful place to practice yoga! It is inclusive for all body types and skill levels. The instructors are kind and offer plenty of modifications. I have always felt supported in my yoga practice. I always leave feeling better then when I walked in! Worth it for sure!
My first class today and wow! What a fun, relaxing, inviting environment. There is something for everyone. Easy to follow and modify. There is no pressure to be perfect here. Come as you are and do what you can. There is so much support and guidance from the instructor. My only regret is not signing up sooner.
Jen is a fantastic yoga teacher! She provides props and modifications so that everyone can enjoy yoga. I feel both supported and perfectly challenged in her classes.
Love the classes! Jennifer is awesome and each class has some humor. Highly recommend
