Well , I called and set up an appointment for my son’s Honda Civic to get keys programmed and cut since he only had one key. So we showed up and talked to the locksmith and waited as he cut them and then proceeded to program the keys which didn’t seem to take very long at all. My son now has 3 keys = 1 original and 2 new keys. It took less then a hour. Long story short I was and am very pleased with the service we received.
Rude. Interrupted me as I tried to ask a question.nnI get it, you do this every day and might anticipate what's being asked. But it's a bad habit. And it pisses people off.nnWon't ever use you guys.nnIf I'm gonna spend good money to get locksmith service done, I'm not gonna be treated disrespectfully on top of it.nnAdios rude guy.nGet some manners.
Andrew and Brian were great the install went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. They took the time to explain the features of our new system and left the work area clean and orderly.
Excellent experience. Arrived in a timley manner and had excellent customer service. Very helpfull and friendly, would recommend and will be using again!
Had to go back a couple times. Key did not work. Very rude when I called. Does not stand behind their work. Must be under new management. Always had great service before.
