Equipment is decent at locations; definitely not the gym for high end personal training, but adequate for basic HIT sessions etc. I pay approx. $40 / month, and lost my first key fob in over a year (since I have had my membership). Have to pay for a new one.nAlso, I absolutely understand COVID mask restrictions and safety concerns, but getting approached for having my mask below my nose while alone by a treadmill seems a bit invasive. I would imagine crossing a gym to reference shadow complaints and standing 2 ft away is more dangerous considering my thin mask. Saying multiple people had complained about me when I can clearly see who has (or has not) approached staff seems a far cry from logical.nOverall a decent gym for casual gym goers, but the way certain situation(s) are handled lacks professionalism. If you are serious gym goer or athlete I suggest looking elsewhere for personal training . If you are a casual gym goer and do not need heavy equipment, anytime is a decent option.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is very positive and uplifting. In some gyms, you can find some judgmental gym rats, but there is absolutely no judgement here.

signed up for the gym 2/17 beginning on 2/18 and all the way up to thr 20 i was looking for someone to ask questions to no response anywhere then i said i wanted to cancel my membership i went returned my fob and have not yet received my money back manager charged 50 dollars fpr the fob then tried pushing coaching sessions which i did not need so she said i could have 2 free coaching sessions instead ..i returned my fob she took a picture of my debit card and said i would get my 50 back still haven't got anything back texted and emailed several times would not recommend pushiness for coaching attempting to close sale made me sign up before even touring the gym still have not received any copy of anything I signed stay away!!!

I love that they keep everything clean and operating properly!! I absolutely recommend this gym to anyone wanting the best experience possible!
