This branch in the Auburn Street area struggles with very high volume at the pharmacy with possibly the basic amount of staff that HR can provide (1 pharmacist and 1 to 2 employees assisting at the counter per shift? That's what I can see each time I visit them). These hardworking professionals could use some extra help at this branch.nnprofessionals

Long pharmacy line is only issue.
We where trying to get a prescription from the pharmacy and they would put us on hold for a long time they then hung up on us so we called again they would continously pick up the phone and put me back on hold and then eventually they answered and we said hi and they said hold on and put us back on hold again so they were very rude and it was very bad service and they wasted more than a hour of our time trying to reach them.
