All the employees were super nice to us. My daughter got a free freshly baked cookie and everyone seemed happy there. I’ve always loved having a small neighborhood store. I’m glad they have a lot of employees working there.

Very disappointed today. To witness several employees not wearing a mask or below there nose. When working with food it's extremely important at this time with general hygiene plus covid-19 issue on top of all that. To witness employee's not only not wearing it properly to touch the mask and remove it and move around in the area of food. Gloves hold germs also! Employee's in the further back area with mask down. Trust Me I hate wearing a mask also! At this time in the world we need to think of others and safety! Praying next visit they are up to speed with safety.

Great little store for in-between large grocery runs. Fantastic meats and bakery! I would shop there more frequently but many items are double the price at Woodman’s or even Schnuck’s! I recently questioned my iceberg lettuce price, which rang up as $4.25! For one iceberg lettuce. The cashier double checked the price and it was correct! Needless to say, I’ve not purchased lettuce there since. I understand as a small neighborhood store their pricing would reflect that. They can not compete with the larger stores. However, double the price??? In some cases, triple! I don’t think it’s necessary to be successful as a business. I don’t mind paying extra for convenience but this is just an opportunity to rip people off. I have never been in the store when employees and/or customers weren’t wearing their masks. Plus, they do have plastic protection at each register so I’m not sure why so many people are saying otherwise. It hasn’t been my experience anyway.

Fried chicken, from the deli!nI learned about Gray's fried chicken, 20 years ago. We'd purchase the chicken for our purchasing dept. holiday parties. (250 employees! That says a lot!).nPersonalized service, quality, and a darn good price. I'm told the rotisserie chicken is good, too.

I've passed this store Soo many times coming home! Today was the first time I ventured inside! I enjoy the atmosphere. I prefer local when the opportunity is available. I enjoy the bakery, and while the prices are a little higher than other stores, I see myself coming to Gray's frequently. Most likely weekly. If you don't shop local, only chain stores will exit.
