I went here to drop off Fedex packages. Makayla was the rep working in the photo/Fedex area. She was seriously beyond helpful, especially when I accidentally double labeled 2 boxes. She thought of a solution quickly on her feet and helped immediately. Her boss is lucky to have her, she deserves a raise or promotion when possible.
Employees and managers have no idea what an out of state ID looks like. Education of staff is lacking and it shows!
I've received nothing but great customer service at this location. The store is always clean and they always have great prices. The pharmacy staff is awesome. Do they get busy? Of course they do -- but they get to you as quickly as possible. Never a bad experience here. Thumbs up to this management team.
Place is bigger than any where I currently live. The employee who worked with us, Nathan, was patient with others, with my mother and I, and was nice and helped my mom. He seems very relaxed.nThe store is clean and well maintained, cool, well lit, and gives a happy vibe to it.
Horrible Photo Department no one present then machine prints blurry photis and they still charge you for them. Just completely wrong and affair. Employees have no answer and just shrug shoulders. Great example of low payed wages, untrained and cheap customers service.
