There was a mix up with time on my order. I waited over an hour. The manager Jacob was very nice and explained why the situation may have happened. He seemed genuinely concerned with the wait time and having a happy customer. Jacob made up for he mistake and earned a 5 star rating!!! Good job Jacob!!

Our order wasn't ready when we got there which is totally understandable. But then they gave it to a delivery driver who took it with for other deliveries. We waited over 30 minutes for a large order that was done but they didn't even have. The guy who helped us afterwards though tried his best and gave us a discount though.

That´s how it looks like when you don´t know what you are doing (attached picture). I ordered a pizza half ultimate pepperoni - half pineapple, jalapeño, ham, and red pepper and I got half cheese and half everything else. Not what we ordered.nnNot the first time but will be the last.

I called and ordered food 45 minutes ago... they called me back 5 minutes ago to say they are too busy to deliver the food I ordered 45 minutes ago.. so I said.. no problem I'll come pick it up and they literally said oh sorry we got too busy to make it... now its 1030 and everywhere is closed.. I've never heard of a business doing that.. you guys ought to close down you have no business even being a restaurant

Man I love this place but I’ve been on hold for an hour I ordered online just to see my order cancelled. I cannot figure out the issue because they answer the phone and hang up before speaking, please hold employees accountable. 03/25/2021 11:03pm
