David Tuggle recently assisted my sister with getting approve for social security disability. I knew David when I worked in a law firm in Danville and was familiar with his with high level of ethics, professionalism and ability to obtain successful results for his clients. I highly recommend working with David if you are turned down or have a difficult time being approved for social security disability.

Very rude told me that Mr Tuggle probably wouldn't even See me even after I said I would I would pay just to talk to rude Linda said he would not even see me.. so I took my case elsewhere to a better lawyer... I would never recommend Mr Tuggle for another person....

Mr. David Tuggle is an excellent attorney. He does everything he can to help you out. He has great communication and he is willing to help you out as much as possible. He is the best disability attorney around and is even better during a disability hearing. Very Highly Recommended!!!!!!

After getting a denial notice I called and set up a free consultation. I went in with some of my medical history and file. I worked with Mr. Tuggle on social security disability. The forms they had for doctors and medical records was amazing. At a young age I knew I was going to have issues with ssa. Their office made the process so easy. Mr. Tuggle was upfront about how the process would work and provided information on any letters or changes promptly. I highly recommend their services!
