Friendly helpful staff, wonderful site with lots of trails and scenic points. We walked up the Camelback Glacial Kame, a 100 foot high deposit of sand and rock left behind when the glaciers retreated at the end of the last ice age about 13,000 years ago.
Unfortunately the visitor center is only partially open. But the area is essentially all to yourself. Very peaceful.
Very clean restrooms and always a friendly, knowledgeable person working at the desk.
Beautiful park with many walking trails. The visitor's center is nice with bathrooms and some nature displays. Their is a very nice bird viewing area as well. They have a great little picnic area. It's a great way to spend an afternoon walking and having a picnic lunch.
