Kids love to catch crayfish in the creek!
This park is across the street from my daughter's house. This park id beautifully landscaped.. the equipment for the children are.brightly colored.. one can relax and have picnics. The grounds are kept up and manicured. If anyone travels to Illinois, and happen to venture through Waukegan,, relax and have a picnic.
Best park in Waukegan. Although, I truly dislike dirty people who think the park is their garbage bin. Don't be dirty. Keep the parks clean for everyone to enjoy.
Very pretty. Well maintained.
Powell Park is a quiet little Park where kids can have fun and it's not overcrowded.
