Called them towards the end of their day needing towing service. He didn't even hesitate and was here within 30 min. Nice and friendly, Has also worked on my jeep in the past.nExplains everything so that I can understand, which I greatly appreciate. Always charges reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them. The driver was very rude. I called for a tow and the driver was very rude to the point I refuse to pay so.Rome for bad service. If you are not in a emergency situation find another tow service.
Called for a tow and guy asked what kind of car I had then told me it would cost $290 cash only! Crooks! I only needed it towed 6 miles away! Told him he was taking advantage of people. Stay away from them. I ended up going with their competitor for a 1/4 of their price.
Very helpful when I needed a tow. He actually was able to help me fix my vehicle. Unfortunately it happened after the tow! Courteous, professional. I think I won't use anyone else but Able.
