Order delivery. This location 3 times in a row misses creating sandwich right when customize. Asked for hot peppers side of kicken ranch. . neither was given. Happened last two times too so bad attention to order detay. Sandwich was good but very heavy and mayo. Something was very off about the pickle quartered I got, almost like it was bad or was sitting in a bucket with metal. Inedible.

Jimmy Johns works hard to provide good service to the community. I am giving this rating because they have come to my office with food more than an hour after it was called in, and my office is less than a mile away. They have taken good care of me by giving me a credit on my account, so my next meal has been free...and I appreciate that! Each time they've been delayed in getting the food to me, it has been due to a newer staff member who hasn't been as knowledgeable as an experienced employee, and has been a cause of them navigating in the wrong route to get to my office. Ex. going to deliver food at the furthest away location, instead of the closest.

I like Jimmy johns, but this location has messed up my online order 3 times in a row. Granted they did go out of their way last time to make it right. This time it's just not worth the hassle. It is what it is.

Ordered a sandwich with avocado(Extra $5). Sandwich did not come with avocado.nCalled the store and the manager accused me of lying about the fact that the sandwich had no avocado, claimed I was somebody that does this all time (This was my first time ever ordering Jimmy Johns) and was very rude. The manager refunded me the extra charge but after the hassle of it all, I most certainly will never do business here again.
