The one positive is that you can't deny that this company does well with having a nice variety of products available at superb lower pricesnthan a lot of stores but on the flip side of things the Family Dollar company keeps all of their stores severely understaffed and this location on Washington Street is by far the worst so much that when shopping here you are guaranteed to have to wait in a line with 7 to 10 or more customers ahead of you during peak hours.This is because they operate their stores typically with only 2 employees. That means 1 cashier and 1 employee to stock the shelves including that 1 employee operating everything else. When these things happened I would leave my shopping cart in line and just walk out the store out of frustration because of the lack of care for customer service. I stopped shopping at this one because of the monotony of the continuation of that experience. I eventually stopped shopping there because my experience with the Grand Avenue location is much better.
