Stay away for this firm! They did not do anything to represent my case. Everyone that I know of that filed appeal (themselves) got an offer of tax savings from assessor and found the savings. I did not get any savings and the firm never contacted me to provide any updates or any final decision. Stay away!!! There are many other better alternatives available!

STAY AWAY. Waste of time and money - appraisal scam where they never provided any documentation of the appeal or services rendered but continuous request additional services at a fee.

NEVER. In the begging, office says I may need appraisal for my home. But after signing the contract, this guy says the office does not process without appraisal. It was too late to switch to another lawyer. I asked two properties appeal but no success. I wasted several hundred dollars for nothing.nIf someone claims or advertises at high success rate for appeal, there is no way to prove it. Do not get be fooled by ad or claim.
