Kim has always been helpful and friendly in finding what I need. She makes the in-store experience smooth and easy. Definitely a customer friendly attitude. Would surely recommend this store.
Do yourself a favor and do not fill your prescriptions here! Choose the Target CVS right adjacent to this Walgreens instead. They have the friendliest and most helpful staff.nnThe general Walgreens staff are unremarkable.nnThe pharmacy staff are horribly rude and condescending. One of the techs there has the worst attitude.
Staff is excellent. Store is clean and well stocked. My favorite Walgreen's in the area.
Never go here went to pick up a prescription for my newborn and when I told them he was on my insurance they told me he was not so I called my insurance and they said that he was so they either don’t want to do there job or are just all around mean people that only care about themselves. they don’t even deserve one star
Pharmacists are beyond rude every time I call or go to this Walgreens for my prescriptions. I have given it many chances thinking it was just a bad day. I will not be coming to this location for prescriptions any longer and will be transferring all prescriptions to the Mundelein Jewel where they give you 20% off your groceries.
