We've used Edward Painting twice. The first time about nine years ago, and we were more than happy. He did a great job for a reasonable price. That's why we called him again. He finished about six weeks ago, and the paint on the ceiling by the shower is flaking off. We understand that that area can get moisture from the shower. Before he started, the paint was starting to look like it was cracking...after nine years. He sanded and painted it and it looked great. Now, pieces of paint are starting to fall off after only six weeks. We called him and he said there must be moisture trapped in there and that we should re do the drywall and not use the shower to let it totally dry. There wasn't any moisture or damage before he painted, but now we have a problem. We won't be using him next time.
