I tried this spot before with a friend and I am addicted since then. I liked the excellent atmosphere and yummy dishes and beverages. Fantastic work.

Rosatis as a brand is good, go to Sugar Grove or St Charles locations instead of Elburn's. I've had issues with timely deliveries, orders being incomplete... but they recently changed online ordering, and it doesn't accept their current coupon codes received via mail. I've given up on them as there are other alternatives in the area that are just as good/better.

For everyone that lives in elburn - don’t order for the elburn Rosati’s pizza!! They screwed up my order twice, disrespected my wife and when I called today to talk to the manager he kept talking over me instead of listening to solve the issue. Then he told me he didn’t need my business and they’ll be completely fine! What a terrible way to do business!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, this place does NOT care about its customers. Never got an order 1 hour and 30 minutes after I ordered. I called, they blamed me for giving the wrong address, when I had a copy of the receipt, correct address. They would not make it right by delivering me the food free of charge. Instead I get a rude “manager” blaming me with no remorse for me sitting here 2 hours later with no FOOD! Never order from this place again! Terrible!!!

They have the worst customer service. To them phone orders trump in person orders. I’d give a zero star rating if possible
