I love this store!! Every time I go the store is super clean, everyone is wearing their masks, and they always greet me!! Not to mention the food is ALWAYS perfect, definitely the best subs in town.nnAlso a shout out to the General Manger Shawn! I recently placed a catering order with them, and He was very helpful with all questions I had.nI will definitely be back and recommend all of you visit here also!

The food is continuously good; however when you advertise “freaky fast” and you get super slow service - it’s frustrating. I ordered my food in advance for a pick up order. When I arrived 30 minutes later, it still was not ready. They had not begun making the sandwiches and I had to wait in line behind the people at the counter. The staff did not make any attempt to apologize for the inconvenience nor did they offer to make good on it. Throw in free chips or a cookie to make the customer feel like you care about your service. Very disappointing for this location which does not live up to the Jimmy John promise. Other locations do a much better job serving the customer.

Ordered the new kickin Chicken sandwich and am completely disappointed and upset with the quality of food and service. It took 30 mins to receive my order and I am 5 mins away from the store which baffles me but once I received my order I opened it to find out there was little to no chicken in it definitely not was is advertised I called the store and was told it was measured out and correct I don’t see how since there’s no chicken in it I was then told I don’t know what to do we’re closed now very disappointed with the service and food I received I have never had a problem here before but I would definitely not recommend ordering here and if so don’t get this sandwich

POSSIBLE COVID ALERT!!!!!!!nnI noticed the lady fixing food touching her mask , answering the phone & using the touchscreen all while wearing the same gloves she was making food with.nnWhen I ask for a refund & told her why she was unbelievably rude !!!nShe told me I would need to wait for a manager ...nWhen the manager finally appeared he was equally as rude!!!nnHe told me that in the state of Illinois it is not required to wear gloves when preparing food!!!nnAfter I was finally given a refund w/o a recipient I ask for the employees names which the manager refused to give to me!nnI would hate for someone to get COVID because at this location hand hygiene isn't practiced , so I've contacted corporate...

I ordered a sandwich, and CJ, the general manager answered all of my questions. The workers have great customer service and the sandwich was bomb. 5 stars on this location!
