Love Nancy! What a great salon she has built. My wife and I have been going to her for years, both at this her own salon, EdgeSalin, and before that at the large chain salon she managed. Went in to get a cut. The one person was busy and anther came out but pretended I wasn’t there. Then after the guy came up he was looking at me like what do you want. I asked if he had an opening and he was like no I’m done and I’m pretty sure everyone else is done too. I wouldn’t of stopped if I didn’t see the flashing open sign. I get I was a walk in, but I want even offered to make an appointment for a future date. He could have been a little more professional. If that’s how they act I def don’t want them cutting my hair
