Michele and Kyle make a process that I dread, painless and enjoyable. I like to touch and feel the products and they have plenty of samples available to choose form. They were so patient and so helpful guiding me through the selection choices and colors and I am very comfortable with our decision. In addition, they were able to embroidery on some products I really liked and had purchased elsewhere. We are a small company and it is nice to have the option of ordering a few customizable items rather than having to order minimum quantities. Thanks for all of your help!

Terrific customer service, very professional, often above & beyond. Quite skilled too. If you're looking for promotional products or embroidered apparel, don't waste your time going elsewhere. Call/see them---the St. Charles location (it's a franchise), Michelle is the best. Kudos!

Michelle Bottini at Fully Promoted did an excellent job in fulfilling my order for my law firm! We had cardigans embroidered with our logo, and she was very responsive, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the time she took to make sure the colors from my logo were used accurately. I highly recommend anyone to Fully Promoted!
