Pretty frustrated - they didn't take my bank (online bank) so I went to get another bank and then wanted to cancel because of my experience with the staff there. I asked what I needed to do to cancel and they said to just come in and sign a paper - I was never told I had to cancel by a certain date to avoid the monthly/yearly fee (I came in one day late). They said that they would not reimburse the yearly fee but would try to stop the monthly fee. Read the fine print and ask A LOT of clarifying questions before signing up here. I felt like it was another big gym corporation trying to get money out of me. I will be heading to a community gym to pay more but get out of the corporations.
I absolutely love the tanning there! Easily in and out! Very safe by cleaning constantly! Some staff members could definitely use a refresher in customer service 101 lol. But all n all VERY inexpensive compared to ANY OTHER tanning salon!

No judgement zone policy is a joke. They are the most judgemental facility.nBe careful with your bank account info with them as well. Never received my reimbursement from them after my account was charged twice for the same month of service.
