Though the service is better than it was a year ago.... I have a hard time believing the bread is made fresh daily at this location. The bread is never soft, like at every other location i visit. The service has improved and I hardly ever have mistakes on my order now. But I don't know what's up with the crispy bread. Lastly this isn't their fault but, bit their rewards program is horrible. A mistery reward every 10 sandwiches? Meaning you buy 10 sandwiches you might get a free pickle!
Nate helped us with our order yesterday and he had exceptional customer service skills, he was friendly and personable. Made our day better in the short time we interacted with him, Jimmy Johns is lucky to have him as an employee.

I love Jimmy John's but this location is just not with it for delivery. Twice I have waited over an hour for a sandwich delivery. Pick another location if you are looking for that freaky fast. Other than that, sandwiches are just as good.
Service is typically above par. The prices are well within reason for the quality. Food and atmosphere reminds me of Atlanta.
