This location needs to hire and train their employees properly. I have never dealt with a chain store that failed to provide basic customer service. I had to repeat my 2 topping order 4 times to him and when I mentioned chicken carbonara he asked if it was the chicken wings. I will no longer be going to this location.

I will not give fully negative reviews. The manager I have interacted with needs help from the corporate management to get things right. I think Domino's expecte too much from its employees lately... I expect they will improve things... undercooked pizzas, unattended entrance, drama... It is rough their right now but they have served the community well when other food options were limited.

This store resides in a strip mall on the corner of Rand and Arlington Heights roads. I used their app to order food and received accurate cooking updates. They will bring food to your car with curbside pickup. The food quality was what I would expect for the chain.

Truly awful service. I waited at the front for 40+ minutes, when I had previously ordered in advance and the employees said the pizza was “done”. When I walked in, they said that Apparently only one had pizza been cooked, and the other- I don’t know what happened to it. Long story short would not recommend visiting. Understaffed location and employees are AWFUL at their job. Can not express my frustration enough.

If I could give this “establishment” half a star or less I would. Their customer service is beyond awful, and their carelessness for detail in food nearly caused me to go into anaphylactic shock. They also LIED about delivering me the correct pizza knowing full well that they would close the store without doing so. 0/10.
