Super cheap owner. Gave me a hard time about asking for a box instead of bag which he refused. Then he gave me an opened bag of chips(found out when I got home)
Today I decided to grab a sandwich from Jimmy Johns and I was in a time crunch so I ordered a half an hour earlier expecting my order to be ready by the time I came. I arrived to the store hoping to pick up my sandwich and leave right away. Instead I encountered a man who was being incredibly rude, and he said my order had already been picked up. I told him my email confirmation, order details, and phone number, and he said there was nothing he could do. On top of that, he wasn't even wearing a mask inside the store which goes against his own store policies! I wasted more time than I ever expected to do so. He wouldn't come up with any solutions to his own mistake until ten minutes later he offered to remake a sandwich. I don't usually order from here and I thought I should give it a chance, but the poor service makes me just not want to in the future.
Kids love Jimmy John's buy the time I walk in they already know what I want quick and professional I'm in and out thank you guys

Solid spot for a sandwich, prompt service even during peak hours, strong delivery game as well. Day old bread is a good buy for garlic bread or similar appetizers
