I found Edward S. Lipsky through a friend referral. My husband and I needed a Real Estate Attorney to purchase our first property. As first time home buyers we were very impressed with Mr. Edward S. Lipsky and staff, Letty Ferraz.nMy husband and I never had to worry about anything, as they were very clear in the information that was exchanged to us via email or phone.nI have a very busy schedule and just being able to have a couple forms of communication to get to them , made such an easier and much greater experience.nMr. Edward S. Lipsky was patient with us. He guided us through the whole process, as first time home buyers we had many questions, and uncertainties. His expertise and involvement was invaluable to us.nMy husband and I will definitely use his services in any future real estate transaction we may have. We highly recommend working with him and staff.

We moved from out of state with 10 animals to IL in mid-January. Due to our circumstances and timeline, we were dependent on Mr. Lipsky to work on our behalf during the negotiation process (which is also his responsibility as a closing attorney by the way). I am not even sure he looked at the inspection report. Because of his bare minimum check as few boxes as possible approach we left thousands of dollars on the table and have had non stop repairs not covered by the home warranty to include significant safety issues. These are all things that should have been addressed in the negotiation process. The safety issues are inexcusable.nnFind an attorney that will take the time to negotiate on your behalf to include your safety. We do not recommend this one.
