Hello,nI emailed them late at night to get an estimate for my hair and they replied in a timely manner. I am very happy with my hair. I got black hair and blue highlights. They did a great job, I love it! I was able to get an appointment the same day. They are very nice, and attentive to you. I had an appointment with Fatima for brazilian waxing. Let me tell you this: I'm brazilian myself, and I've been getting brazilian waxing in top places there for 10y, then in very nice salons in NY for 5y. When I moved from NY to the suburbs of Chicago I was worried I wouldn't find a nice place to get it done as well as I'm used to. I decided to give this place a try. Fatima is by far the best! She knows exactly what she is doing, she is extremely professional and as a result of this the process is quicker, roughly painless and smooth. I couldn't be happier! Don't get fooled for this small place, her service quality is immeasurable. Not only she's professional, but she is a sweetheart! If you need an experienced and knowledgeable person for your high standard brazilian waxing, she's your person! Thanks, Fatima, you are the best!
