Called in around 3pm to confirm they closed at 6 and one of the guys said yes and they accepted walk ins. Got there 5pm sharp, 1 hour before they closed, and one barber who was the only one there cutting another guys hair, asked me if I had an appointment otherwise they were closed for the night. I told him I spoke to somebody on the phone literally couple hrs ago and told me they close at 6. Then the guy sitting in the chair (getting a haircut) told me it was a different guy who spoke to me and had just left before I arrived.nnI guess he works there too or something since he knows everyone's schedule. Had they told me they only took appointments or were booked for the night earlier I would've saved my time and went somewhere else. Very misleading. It was gonna be my first time here since I'm new to the area so I'm looking for new barbers. This is NOT the one. Very bad first impression and vibes from the 30 seconds I was here. They didn't even bother trying to reschedule. These kids don't know proper customer service.
The staff was friendly but no one was wearing a mask in the place that worked their. I would have felt a lot better if I saw the barbers wearing a mask. On a second note I was visiting from out of town and needed a cut quickly. My barber third chair on the left cut my hair so fast he barely spent 15 minutes. Was not what I’m used to and honestly my wife and go learned how to fade hair in March did a better job. Wear a mask guys until things change imo.
The place was immaculate and had a couple of flat screens on the wall. Great looking place. My teenage sons hair cut came out perfect and stylish.
I had to wait 20 minutes even though I had a scheduled appointment and then I was given the wrong haircut after specifically saying what I wanted numerous times. I was argued with stating that I was wrong even though I know for a fact I was not. Do not recommend
Finally a barber shop in Wheeling that provides great haircuts and quality services. The staff is friendly and give each client the attention they deserve. They make sure you are happy with your haircut and give attention to detail. Thanks guys
