It has been a difficult endeavor to find qualified tradesmen in this area for me as a homeowner. Angie's List was an absolute nightmare so I will never use that avenue again. Bob and his crew are totally professional in whatever job they do. I have had a whole house water filtration system installed, new hot water tank, new electrical circuit for a microwave and best of all... a new driveway extension!!!! All the workers are experienced qualified tradesmen. Exceptionally careful attention to detail was shown particularly when using heavy equipment to excavate around my newly installed landscape, and when the job was finished they left my property spotlessly clean!!! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience using Cascade. They have earned my trust, which is not an easy thing to do, especially these days. I would highly recommend that whatever project you need assistance with........call CASCADE!!!!!!

We had an issue with our sink not draining and causing an overflow. Cascade Electric & Plumbing were absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional, very responsive, courteous, and fixed our problem very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Hotwater tank installation. On a Sunday afternoon, his day off. All tools and materials in his work truck. A virtual rolling warehouse. Did not have to leave worksight for anything. Nice, good, thorough, knowledgeable, clean, technician, and a real handsome devil.

After a small electrical fire that started in a light switch, we requested repairs, we can’t use several other outlets and lights until the repair is made. We got a call on a Wednesday saying they might have someone in the area on Friday, we’re 22 miles away from their location. No one showed or called Friday. So I call the next week and was told we would get a call when someone was in the area. 6 weeks pass without a word. So I call again, and was told our repair was NOT a priority and would only be addressed when someone was in the area, but currently no one was scheduled. I was then told, customers have been waiting over 6 months to be scheduled. Customer service is terrible and they provide zero communication.nnUpdate: This company was hired by our home insurance. YOU NEVER SHOWED UP. We were told we are not a priority. Their response proves the level of customer service they actually provide

Had a leak in my shower and they made it out within two days when it could've taken up to a week. Bob was very professional and clearly explained the repair needed. So happy to have my shower working without it turning into an emergency. They offer three levels of convenience depending on how emergent the repair is which is very helpful. All in all a good experience, I would recommend.
