Had a really good first time!! My friend wanted to get some bras so i went along for the ride. I didn’t realize how honestly cute everything is! I am a size 1 and was able to find many cute things in my size. I recommend this place for everyone, not just “plus size” they have great deals and the staff is incredibly helpful and nice. I wish i caught a name but they were all very helpful!!! Definitely gonna be back. A++++++

Everything fits great the salespeople are very knowledgeable and respect your tastes. They find items that you want and if it's not in store they access the store online to have it shipped either to your home or in store. The shipping is fast you usually get the item within 3 business days and they deliver on Sunday. They send you a text message when it's delivered to your door.

BEST STORE AND STAFF EVER!!! I had a horrendous time finding the right outfit for an interview in a couple of days (at 2 other stores not torrid related) today and I felt awful. BUT the women working tonight were super accommodating, supportive and understanding of my needs and wants. Thank you ladies!!

First of all, love Torrid in general. For a plus size girl, they have the fits and styles that help me to feel pretty and sexy. The Randhurst store in particular is awesome. They may be in a smaller space, but the people are what sets them apart. Everyone is so friendly and open. I am able to ask questions and get help quickly and their staff are attentive and understanding. I've been flat out ignored at other locations, but Randhurst is the best!
