I had great customer service. The rental I had ordered online was missing a shirt and the top button on the suit when I picked it up down State. Since the wedding was in a day we were unable to fix the situation before the wedding. When I went to return it I told them the issue and this store refunded half the rental on the spot. The help was quick and the information mas passed along to corporate to help improve the online rental process.
I was given attention immediately, I was helped very professionally, and left with my visit successful and quick!
