The customer service and smoothies are amazing, especially since the workers are new at this. Definitely loved how spotless the place is. I’m not sure why there are negative comments, but overall this location and the staff do a fine job. I also love the uniforms of the workers especially their shoes! They really know how to dress, (loving the crocs)!

Honestly so glad one opened in Orland Park, but will definitely stick with taking the trip to the Mokena location. Not only for better smoothies but better customer service. The employees were all wearing crocs?? Not sure if those are nonslip shoes. Felt like they were in a hanging out environment, which don't get me wrong you should feel comfortable at work but not with those house shoes. I got a 32oz Lemon Twist Strawberry and it tastes like only strawberries and has a bitter taste.The employee also didn't make enough of the smoothie and dumps into the cup then back into the blender and added SO much ice, and so it watered the smoothie down. It was not at all thick like they should be. I also got a 32oz Island Impact and the pineapple also tasted pretty bitter and was also super watery. One positive thing was the place was super clean and smelled like a new place but that was pretty much it.

Very bad customer service. Took 25 minutes to get my drink when i was the only one in there. Was also rude to a customer whos order was wrong. I had my drink from different places and they taste way different.

Very bad service very disappointed by the Orland Park location , Tried to place an order over the phone for pickup and they wouldn't take my order. I was also over charge for 2 smoothies, they charge me for 2 40oz smoothies and I only got 32oz smoothies, also when i requested the receipt the cashier seemed hesitant, make sure you ask for your receipt so they don't pull a fast one on you. Wont recommend this location to anyone just stick with the Mokena location for the best service
